Stone Samples:
Usually stone samples 10 × 10 × 1 cm (4" × 4" × 3/8") or 15 × 15 × 1 cm (6" ×6" × 3/8")are all available free of charge, but we will send the samples based on freight collect except for our long-term partner. Therefore, sometimes you're requested to provide a courier account number.
We have two payment methods for sending samples.
1. Courier: Your courier account number is requested like DHL, UPS,TNT, FedEx etc.. Please ensure that it allows for incoming charges.
2. If you do not have a courier account, payment can be made by banking transfer. We would then pre-pay for your sample's freight to the courier company.

NOTE: To request samples please email us info@xmestone.com, specified required samples and full size tiles are also available, but these add considerably to the weight therefore please remember the extra weight charge to be included. Please kindly email us the materials required and the sizes needed if not our standard size.
